2005 will be the JVF's fifth year and the festival will once again provide entertainment for the whole family.
The Festival is a celebration of the unique richness of the Jackfield community.
Located in the heart of the picturesque Ironbridge Gorge, Jackfield lies on the banks of the River Severn alongside the neighbouring towns of Ironbridge, Coalport and Broseley.
The festival is a traditional community event providing a weekend of entertainment and involvement for all ages and interests.
Music will form the centre piece of the event complemented by a produce & craft market, beer tent and catering marquees and open studios at the Maw’s Craft Centre.
Children and Young people have a special focus with a series of workshops in music, singing, storytelling, Circus skills and puppetry.
Jackfield Village Festival will bring together the diverse skills and celebrated history of the community in the tradition of A Grand Day Out.
